How to hold breath underwater longer

Hello fellow Merfolk! Today, we will be discussing how to hold your breath underwater for longer periods of time. 1. When breathing in. focus on filling your shoulders, not your stomach. 2. Take several deep breaths before diving underwater. 3. When underwater, relax and take it easy. The less you use your energy the more oxygen you will have. 4. Slowly breathe out of your nose 5. try to focus on something other than your breath. I hope you like these tips! I used them and I can my breath for 1 minute!

What type of mermaid are you?

Welcome back to Mermaid life guide! Today I will be explaining the different types of Mermaids and you can decide who you are! 1. Gardener Mermaid. Tail color: Green This type is in charge of making the ocean or lake look beautiful by planting kelp, coral, underwater flora and much more! They always have a big underwater cave full of their massive collection. 3. Sirens.
